If I join together two weaker magnets, does that become a strong magnet?
ie: do two magnets have double pulling power than one?
It is impossible to join two weak magnets together. These two magnets can either attract or repel each other.
They have north and south poles, and you cannot remove their polarities unless you hammer them or make them drop from a great height. However, even with their magnetic effects expunged, you cannot join them together into a single one. It will not have a magnetic effect.

God may have made women physically weaker than man but women are mentally stronger than any man....Why do people take women for granted?
