You report them to the head of the school, and based on the level of racism, you can obviously contact the police in the more serious situations. Remember that racism can effect both one's learning a future confidence, and it is not something to be taken lightly!
I would direct a letter to the school board, list your grievances and find out if there is a way to go public. I am willing to bet there are others out there who may have felt the same way but were afraid to say something.
You write a letter to the principal or the school board detailing your allegations.
