What are some great suggestions to learning a new language?
Hey language learners! I'm getting married in Macedonia in August and will have a new Macedonian family. I have been studying for 6 months now, but would very much welcome any quick tips to learning more.
1.) Actively learn the vocabulary. (The many other parts of a language (grammer, tone, etc) tend to fall into place eventually).
2.) Immerse yourself in the language (you seem to have already taken care of that.)
3.) Learn all the curse words (just get it out of your system.)
4.) Get a dictionary (Macedonian - English perhaps?)
