Is there any scientific positive proof of that meditation can help reduce stress and quiet mind?
I think meditation is nothing but a blind concept of a special kind of human mind. After being habituated in meditation men seek for false positive change in body and mind. I think it is totally superstitious.
A quick google search will show you that in fact studies have been done that have shown positive effects of meditation in regards to reducing stress. As someone who practices regularly now I can tell you I am much more focused and balanced than I was when I took no control over my thought processes etc.
