How do I concentrate?
I have gone back to class (teaching myself HTML) but at times I am loosing concentration and heading to hubpages.
The first principle of concentration is limiting distractions. Close other tabs and browser windows, turn off the tv, and if you have to have anything in the background, choose some music to which you can relax. Set a timer for 15-20 minutes, and then take a five minute break. Using this method will commit you to concentration. Of course, if you choose to do something else during the timed period, you know what is to blame for your lack of concentration: a lack of self-discipline.
