Why do Cloudy days change People's Mood?

Clouds go where the wind goes, and the weather always has a say in almost everything we do. Do you think man has some kind of preconceived notion about clouds? Or is it all in the imagination of the person?

People are responsible for there own mods, clouds or anything else, can't effect moods, they are only used as an excuse for lack of emotional control.

Because they are surroundings. Surroundings always change someone's mood by a small degree.
