Does anyone really belive you should not eat cheese before bed?
as the old saying goes, dont eat cheese before bed because you will have nightmares, wh actually believes this is true and is there any evidence to support it?
Eating food that's hard to digest or spicy before sleeping may cause strange dreams. Some people's bodies might have more trouble digesting cheese.
Cheese is fairly difficult and length to digest and I believe the nightmares come from having your stomach so active in trying to digest the food in it--while you are sleeping.
I've never heard of this before.
Lately I've started taking a small piece of cheese with my last drink before I go to bed. I can't say I've had any more nightmares that I did before.
