Why do most people get irritated when told they have a hidden agenda?
I think it's because when someone is told they have a hidden agenda, but they don't, it shows that the person is making an accusation that they don't trust the person.
1. They don't have a hidden agenda.
2. They don't like being told what to do.
3. They have not thought of the implications or consequences of what they are doing, i.e. they don't see their own agenda as such.
4. They have a hidden agenda, but do not want anyone to figure it out.
5. They get irritated about everything.
