   What kind of courses are needed in high school become an industrial organizational psychologist?
   
   what kind of courses are recommended to become an I-O psychologist?
   Should I apply to university or college for this?
   When I get in what courses should I take to purse this?
   I also live in Canada and plan on studying here are there any recommended post secondary schools?

   The high school classes that will make earning your degree the easiest are foreign language, algebra, geometry, and statistics, if that last is offered in high school.  There are no courses offered in any high school specifically for psychology that I am aware of.  Most universities require core classes in math, English, history, etc. to earn a degree in any area.
   
   I have attended Dr. Phils undergrad university for several years and I am a senior with a major in psychology and the only undergraduate degree my university offers in that field is industrial psychology.  Different schools here in the states offer different types of PSYC degrees, so research to find a school that offers what you are interested in. 
   
   The school you choose will have a core curriculum that all students who want to earn a degree from that school will have to take and pass.  The department that offers your chosen major will have another list of required courses that you must complete in order to earn a degree in that major.
   
   I'm not aware of a community college that offers 4-year degrees, which a psychology BA or BS degree is (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science).  I think our university system is different from the one in Canada. 
   
   If you know the name of the school you want to attend, Google that school and then find the requirements on that school's website for the degree you want to earn.  If they are not specific enough on their website, look for how you can contact them and write their PSYC department for more information.
   
   The school you would choose for your master's and/or doctorate would depend on what area of psychology you want to focus on.  One of the best schools for PSYC here in the states is Stanford University in California.  One of the rock stars of PSYC teaches their, Philip Zimbardo.  His field is social psychology.  If industrial psychology is your preference and interest, then my school here in N. Texas might be a possible choice.
   
   All the information provided above refers to universities in the U.S.  Whether it would be similar in Canada I would not know.
   
   You should be able to find schools in Canada that focus on the type of psychology that interests you by Googling that type of psychology.  Example:  best industrial psychology programs in Canada
   
   Once you determine which school(s) you're interested in you should be able to find a description of their requirements and areas of study on their websites.

   I/O psychologist are the highest paid psychologists, world wide. Normally, these psychologists have a doctorates degree. However, there are a few master's programs. You should be focusing on statistics, psychology, possibly sociology, business, management, leadership, health, etc. All of these are used in I/O psych to help the businesses that hire you.
   I'm currently applying to master's programs for I/O psychology. Having experience in a business and statistical settings are very helpful. Become very strong in the psychology community. Read magazines, attend lectures, etc. However, these are all the courses and activities that you should focus on in college. Yet the earlier you start the more you grow and the better chances you have of higher pay.
   Sadly, I know nothing of Canada education, so I cannot help you there. Google Industrial and Organizational Psychology programs in Canada. If you have the chance, talk to a few instructors there about the program. Learn what they look for.

      I recently dropped my data course so I'm unsure if stats in uni would be a good choice for me, I'm not strong in Math

      Most universities here in the states will require that you take stats in order to get a PSYC degree.  I don't know about Canada.  If you can do algebra reasonably well, you should do fine with STATS.

      For any degree in psychology, you will need to take Research Methods and Statistics. Both involve math.
