What causes animus between some Black Americans and some Black Africans?
I was in a cab on the way to the post office and the cab driver could not stop because of a parked car. The cab driver, a Sengalese, politely asked the driver, an African-American, to move the car. The African-American looked at him, calling him a stupid African. What is this nonsense? Black Americans and Black Africans have a type of commonality. This division is totally inane!
As a culture, We have been divided into believing one is better than the other. Every race in the black community has a race that they tease or are insulted when called that race. They 're ignorant. Don't try to understand because it doesn't make sense. Sadly this individuals continue to populate infesting our youth with the idea that we are not oppressed in the same way. I hope one day we will be become closer in understanding and love each other regardless of ethnic background.
