Is it possible, with dual citizenship, to enter one country as a 'new person'?
With dual citizenship to two countries country A and country B, while born and raised in country B is it possible to leave country B, travel to country A and back to B, and request citizenship and obtain a whole new identity, off of country As information?
I wouldn't think so if one is already a citizen of country B. It is legal to hold two passports, but that would not change your identity.
Dual citizenship does not change who you are regardless of what country you decide to reside in. Your passport is a quick snapshot of you in whatever country you live. Changing your identity and requesting a "new"passport would be a rather difficult and futile undertaking I'm afraid especially with the level of security we live with today.
