How much snow is in your neck of the woods?

The snow in my neck of the woods is making me feel like a kid again. I loved plunging threw the soft snow drifts waist high on my way to work. It is also very cold in Canda Eh? -25 below with the wind chills!

    None..... :'(
It's just cold and windy with no snow (which I think is a complete waste)! My greyhounds have never seen snow and I so badly want to see how they react to it. smile

In the normal year we get 1-2 really good snows. Sometimes, more. They are normally anywhere from 4+ inches. I know that is nothing to some places. However, that is what we expect around here. Most of the time, the weather is pretty mild. Cold fronts normally keep us between 0-40 range with windchill anywhere from -20 to 15. We have a wide range of temps.
This year has been excessively bipolar. With temps changing drastically. Yesterday we were up to 60 now today only expected to get in 20's. That is how it has been all year this year. Flip flops one day, snow suit the next.

The snow is unrelenting. Haven't seen the road in weeks and every intersection is a gamble because I can't see over the snow piles on the corner. Supermarket parking lots look like mountain ranges and every day brings a new winter weather advisory or wind chill warning. Yet, despite this insanity, businesses are still open and patrons are still coming. You wouldn't think that people would value facebook over safety, but I'm here to tell you that they do.

I work in a public computer lab. People brave the storms so they can keep up to date on facebook. It's very sad to watch.

I live in the deep south, so we rarely see snow, but guess what, tomorrow, they are saying two inches!  I love seeing the ground covered in white, and all looks so clean and new.  However, after about three days of it, I am ready for it to go away.  LOL  We have had about three really good snows where it stayed for about three days, which is very unusual. Wow, 25 below!  You are in a deep freeze!  Stay warm!
