Do you value the Degree of Online course compared to traditional college course
I often see people gaining online phd and masters, how credible is there degree, whats your take on it
A lot of it depends on the school, but most people I talk too say that online classes are much more difficult than ones in person. Online classes tend to be much more work then there classroom equivalent. With that said I would hold an online degree in very high esteem. As long as the college is legitimate then I know the degree holder work really hard to get it.
I agree with CW. The school is what determines the credibility. However, I'm proud to say that I am working toward my Bachelor's online and it is extremely difficult. I have gone through traditional college courses (earned a degree their too) and the only thing different is seeing people's faces. Everything else is pretty much the same. I have access to classmates, materials, assistance, templates, and everything. Online school provides a better atmosphere for me because I work full time, have a family, and other responsibilities that bide my time. I wrote a hub on it as well explaining the upside to it:

I value traditional as well as the online method of earning a degree. I have earned my degree in a traditional class but now that I am already working for a decent company, I want to attain an educational upgrade online. Whichever way you choose, you success will have to depend on your motivation to learn.
