Now that the FAA has given the Go-Ahead, Would You Take A Space Tour?

For a mere $250,000 you can (and have been able to) book a flight on the Virgin Galactica for a trip to space, courtesy of Sir WIlliam Brandon.  Today, the FAA gave final approval for the Virgin Galactica to take-off into American airspace for the purpose of space travel.

If you had the money, would you go?

I might go after they fly a few hundred trips or so to work out all the bugs.  Of course it would be an incredible experience, but I am just not confident in the equipment yet.  Maybe after a few years it will prove itself dependable.

I don't think so, and it isn't because of my age. I've never had the inclination to go into space. After watching the space shuttle explode in, was it 1986, I certainly don't have any desire to lift off. I truly admire the astronauts, but when I die, I'd prefer it to be on the ground.

Nah. If I had that kind of money I'd be touring our own beautiful planet. So much to see here and oh, I'd love to see it all!!
