Under what circumstances can solid structural steel offer zero resistance to collapse.

On 9/11, World Trade Center building 7 collapsed in about 7 seconds, at 5:20 PM. For the first 8 floors, the building collapsed at perfect free fall.

Free fall means zero resistance. The only way known to me for perfect free fall to occur in a structural steel skyscraper is with controlled demolition.

For the evidence, see David Chandler's YouTube video:

I think there is a little something more we don't know about 9/11.  One hubber made a valid point when he said that a plane crashing way up in the top of the building wouldn't have made it crumble.  They had to have had help of some sort.

Good. And this bldg (WTC7) was never hit by a plane! You're right about the towers that were. Here's a short video on that point:

I'm not a conspiracy fan, but I'm convinced the 9/11 event was known by the government, they let it happen. It was the ultimate excuse to invade Iraq and control this part of the world for its oil reserve.

Good. Conspiracies happen every day. Recently 2 of my math college students conspired to cheat on an exam. So, we should never be shy about discussing conspiracies. Only conspirators want us to be shy about it.
