To teachers & other educational experts out there, what can be done to utilize the intellectual
potential of gifted & genius level students (130 IQ and above) in our educational system besides regulating them to the cursory AP classes or gifted program? Should they be separated entirely from the regular, average student population & put into classes specifically tailored for their extremely high IQs?

Should licenses for parenthood be mandatory & thus forcibly implemented as there are far toomany people who DON'T have the emotional, intellectual/educational, mental, financial, &/psychological qualifications to be parents?
