Are introverts still disadvantaged when it comes to navigating the business & social worlds?
Why are introverts deem the least desirable when it comes to leadership positions & in terms of being datable?
Because western society values visible confidence more than any other trait, and that often comes with being vocal, being openly opinionated, and being aggressive.
In a system where networking is the key to rising up the so called 'ladder of success' - introverts, and those with developmental disorders like Autism, are at a severe disadvantage for being unable to socialize comfortably like the extroverts that are almost deified.
