According to Pew Research in 2013: Asian-Americans Lead All Others in Household Income
Reasons for this include a very high workforce participation rate, very low illegitimacy birth rate and high marriage rates that lead to high rates of married 2 income households, and emphasis on education and earnings that result - few Asians get useless degrees at elite schools, only attend when there is a plan to monetize the investment.
