What will happen if reverse power flows through electrical generators?
Reverse power protection is a machine protection that protects the turbine blades and generator over heating. Reverse power flows back in the system if prime mover fails to provide sufficient torque to the generator rotor to rotate at the grid frequency.

Would you lose or gain energy from reverse electrolysis and then (using that energy for)...electrolysis to repeat the cyle all over again many times over? I'm musing over one type of loop-generator.
