Outsourcing typically refers to exporting labor to a foreign market, usually for a cheaper cost, and then obtaining the goods from said foreign market so you can sell them for a greater, overall net profit. For example, if I didn't want to write my own hubs, but I still wanted it to look like I wrote my own hubs, I might hire someone else to write them for me. That person would then send me the hubs, after I pay them, and then I would post them to my hubpage.
Outsourcing is when a company decides to hire another company or contract employees to provide a service rather than taking on employees of their own which would require the added expense of providing them benefits or possibly higher salaries.
Some companies outsource to countries with cheap labor.
Generally speaking companies outsource to save money!
