      Sure, but you'd have to be more specific, there is electric charge, current, field, potential and electromagnetism. Each is a phenomenon that would require an explanation.

      yes u have the right answer. i think others passing silly comments should b always positive. if u know something share it rather making jokes or say i dnt know.

            But you always need a negative next to the positive to have electricity !!!
