Yes and no. He's an overpaid, Hollywood-type with very serious issues. Yes, I'm sick to death of hearing about his strange behavior and latest rants, but I have to admit this is better than Britney shaving her head and being hauled off to the psych ward. There's just something about a long, bizarre and unflattering fall from grace. Guess I should have worked for the Enquirer or better TMZ (had it existed when I graduated from college). My $.02 worth!

Love it, or hate it, his life seems to be full of drugs, partying, wild women, cooky behavior and D-R-A-M-A with a capital D. All the ingredients that sells tabloids and give tv personalities something to talk about, all while maintaining a successful acting career.

Like most troubled celebrities who had battles with addictions (Robert Downey, Whitney + Bobby, Britney, Lindsay, DMX, Tom Sizemore, Amy Winehouse etc.), or have had troubled personal lives (Mel Gibson, The Diff'rent Strokes kids, Michael Jackson, R. Kelly, Anna Nicole etc), Sheen is a decent actor in the right material, which must belong in i'ther the action, or comedy genre (no Shakespearian roles).

The Media, naturally, is responsible for the over-exposure of a celebrities dirty laundry as they go out on a limb to get the latest scoop on the celebrity's most recent antics, which includes staking out their home and following them everywhere they go. And when there's nothing interesting left about the (now fallen) star to report, the media moves onto the next target. A good example of this is... noticed after Britney's parents took control of her money how she all of a sudden stopped flipping out (money made her come to her senses) and the media soon eased back and started focusing on that boney Winehouse girl? Whatever happened to her by the way? She disappeared real quick, she shoulda' ate more (lol). From there, they've turned their attention to party girl #2 Lindsay Lohan, at full force. And Miley, your next!

I'm not talking Sheen or non of these other folks up, but people (in general) are usually intrigued by the wild cards in the deck. And the ppl mentioned above are that indeed!

him, bieber, kardashians, lohan and so many others. i honestly don't get why people are so obsessed with stars. it's kind of scary because to me it's like these people can't graps reality so they thrive on the lives of people they think are amazing or are so interesting. stars are no different then anyone else other then the fact that they make way too much money.

Isn't everybody sick and tired of seeing and hearing about this!

He, obviously has serious problems which effect everyone associated with him.  He needs more help than anybody can give except a professional .along with many prayers!

Thanks to all who took the time to answer this question. Frankly his life is such a wreck that the media loves to sensationalize it. The sad thing is that our young children look up to individuals in the media. Maybe the celebrities should battle their demons behind closed doors?

He seems like a nice guy, he just has a lot of demons that he needs to deal with right now.

Hopefully after he gets his life together and his head clears, then maybe he'll realize just how crazy he was acting to the people who supported him in his career and otherwise.

This has just started being shown on the UKs TV networks so I imagine we have had not as much coverage as you guys in the US, we have our own so called 'Celebrity Car Crash TV' but usually this involves mainly E list celebs, personally I don't subscribe to it but the British have a bizarre way of biulding people up & when theyre at their pinnacle, they give them a nudge to knock them back down.
