It is definitely on my list of movies to see before the end of the year. I love biographical films, and Spielberg is a great director. Looking forward to it, hopefully soon.

I'm absolutely going to see LIncoln the movie. Not only is Daniel Day-Lewis an amazing actor, the movie is about a very important time in American History, as well as a President who changed the course of the U.S. forever. I would like to see how accurate this film is going to be compared to the real Lincoln. Oh, yes, and this movie is directed by one of the greatest directors of our time. Can't miss this one!

I think this is a must-see movie this year. It seems like Daniel Day-Lewis only shows up when he's doing Oscar-worthy work, and from the pictures I've seen, he's a dead ringer for Lincoln. I'm expecting one of those perfect performances where the actors become the real-life people they are playing.

I agree mctrey, Daniel Day-Lewis becomes the character he becomes. On and off the set of Gangs of New York, he continually spoke in his east coast accent, and referred to Liam Neeson as "Priest". I expect a riveting performance as well.

"Lincoln" was filmed in and around Richmond, VA, which is where I currently live.  There were several locals that were used as extras, as well as popular locations.  Therefore, I will certainly be watching the movie not only for the history and fine acting, but also to see if there is anybody/anything that I recognize!

It looks interesting. My husband wants to see it. I'm a fan of movies about our history so I will probably watch it with him.
