Stewart Gordon has done several loose adaption of Love Craft stories including Re-Animator (loose adaption of Herbert West: Re-Animator), Dagon (loose adaption from the short stories Shadows Over Innsmouth and Dagon), From Beyond (loosely based on the short story of the same name), Castle Freak (loosely based on The Outsider), and Dream in the Witch House (made for Showtime's Masters of Horror Series).

While not a direct adaption of a Lovecraft story John Carpenter's In the Mouth of Madness has a Lovecraftian influenced feel to it.

    Some other include :
Resurrected -  adaption of The Case of Charles Dexter Ward
The Unnamable & The Unnamable 2: The Statement of Randolph Carter - loosely based on The Statement of Randolph Carte
Necronomicon - anthology adapting 3 Loftcraft stories, The Drowned (The Rats in the Walls), The Cold (Cool Air), and Whispers (The Whispers in Darkeness)
    Lurking Fear
Colour from the Dark- based on Colour Out from Space
    The Last Lovecraft
    Cast a Deadly Spell
La Herencia Valdemar (The Valemar Legacy) - Spainish film with horror legend Paul Naschy
La Sombra Prohibida : La Herencia Valdemar 2 - (the Valdemar Legacy 2: The Forbidden Shadow
The Call of Cthulhu: The Celebrated Story by H.P. Lovecraft - Black & White Short
