What is your favourite kind of "getting ready in the morning" music.
Soft, not too annoying. I just turn on the radio to an easy listening station, but sometimes the djs talk too much. I'm NOT a morning person. I like things calm....
Berlioz - Dream of a Witches Sabbath (Symphonie Fantastique) usually does the trick for me.
I am not a morning person. As such, there is often not much morning left by the time I am out of bed (say, 10am). But it has to be lively enough that I'm not lulled to sleep. It also must have lyrics as I will likely sing along and that will get me going. At the same time, I am not ready for dance music. I need my tea first. My tastes are eclectic, so I don't have the same pattern.
It depends on what time I get up. If it's really early, like 5am, I need easy listening like R&B and NeoSou. If it's later, from 7:45-on I can do almost anything except hard core rap.
