I think that television works mostly against a healthy social life. We are better off creating or participating than being in an audience - we all have so much to offer. I suggest - if you're going to watch TV at all (I'm trying to stop) - watch nourishing shows and documentaries, and share what you see with others - watching with them, if possible. Or, watch and write a hub about it. But consider reading, or playing a musical instrument, or dancing, or writing, or getting out and visiting someone - a friend who needs cheering up, maybe - Make a difference in the world!
