WHO'S GOING TO SEE THE MOVIE NEXT WEEK? AND WHO ARE YOU ROOTING FOR TEAM EDWARD OT TEAM JACOB ...WHICH CHARACTER & WHY?..........
I would see it but I have no one to see it with. I'd go with Jacob just for the fact at how detailed they made the morphing clip werewolf. (I like Graphics lol)
~thranax~
you can go see movies alone, a lot of people do. I have if I really want to see the movie.
I've read the books, and I like both edward and jacob, I hope it's better than the first movie...
I really don't know. Never read the books, never seen the movies. No offense to you two, but I thought only teenage girls were interested in it
Not really. A 40 something year old women quit her job of 18 years to go start a Twilight shop at one of the places they filmed. There are tours most adults go on and everything. What gets me is this is no different then Harry Potter. It will be a fad after the movies come out and we will all go on with our lives.

The difference is J K Rowling is actually a good writer.
Someone should wrestle the thesaurus away from Stephanie Meyer.
susan, the first book hooked me, not for any literary genius, but the way she writes, the story line, you want to find out what happens, and her whole thing is that this was a dream, and she just started writing having never written anything before.
there's a whole sub group of fans called 'twilight moms'.
JUST WATCH THE MOVIE WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE. I'M MOST CERTAIN YOU'LL LIKE IT.
Personally, at first I liked Edward better. I mean face it, he's perfect. But maybe the fact that Jacob is not perfect is what draws people to like him so much. Now, I'm on team Jacob
YEA WHEN I FIRST SEEN IT I WAS DEFINITELY HOOKED. I NEVER READ THE BOOK BUT I HEARD THE BOOK WAS BETTER BECAUSE IT HAD SO MUCH MORE DETAIL. BUT THE MOVIE IS AWESOME. I NEVER KNEW A MOVIE COULD "MOVE" ME EMOTIONALLY , ESPECIALLY A FICTION MOVIE, IT IS SOOOO WORTH SEEING. CANT WAIT TO SEE {PART 3) ECLISPE & (PART 4)BREAKING DAWN !
I just want to involve the girl's father in the ending of the movie. He's a lonely cop in a rural town - make him the latest reincarnation of Van Helsing....... in my ideal ending he would get sick of all the freaks and monsters in his quaint little town and just slaughter everyone and everything in a glorious CGI hail of silver-bullets and holy water.....
BUT
If I had to choose, I suppose I'd pick the vampires - eternal life and not having to sleep definitely outweigh turning into a mutant dog straight out of Resident Evil....
I don't know anything about it but the werewolf dude seems infinitely more tolerable based on commercials.
I have zero emotional investment in this franchise. I don't know anything about the characters or plot line other than the fact that there is at least one vampire who sparkles.
That said, Team Edward all the way.
I absolutely love the books, didn't like the first movie at all, but the second was AMAZING! I love Jacob's character but I'm solidly Team Edward
I've written hubs on this...
If I have to pick from just the two of them then Team Jacob all the way. Personally though I would like to vote Team Alice, she just rocks and although a secondary character she adds alot to the dynamics.
I'm the Ref between both - I'd have them both! hahaha
I have watch Twilight 23 times and now know most of the script. Looking to do the same with New Moon. Absolutely love the books, the feelings and whole Twilight Saga experience.
Watching it again tonight by the way!!!
I've only watched the first Twilight movie at the beach last summer, more than a little drunk so I can't speak TOO clearly on the matter. The entire thing seems creepy as hell, and not in a "vampires are scary" sort of way either. Like, in a "rape" sort of way.
Based on the previews for New Moon seem to indicate pouty face is constantly trying to kill herself so spiky hair will pay attention to her. That's a great lesson there. Wow.
So, I guess I'm on team "Give Young Girls Better Role Models."
In the book Im all out TEAM EDWARD! I imagine someone sooo sexy and shes hopelessly in love with him NOT Jacob...
But..
For the movie..its all about TEAM JACOB! I think Robert P. is garbage and the most disgustiong Edward..and taylor shirtless...Yeah.
I was Team Jacob when I read the books, and when I saw the films my stance was solidified. I like Edward, but I didn't love him until the last half of Breaking Dawn.
Team Jacob! He reminds me of my husband at that age. LOL!!! Although my daugher is die-hard Team Edward. I believe she has unrealistic expections in boys. Of course we're talking vampires and werewolves (shape-changers to be more accurate) so who cares! It's all fun.
I hear in the last film Blade turns up and kills everyone, so it's all good

Are you team Edward or team Jacob?

The fever is on. Sweet Bella and hearth-rob vampire Edward will be captivating the viewers from all over the globe. Aside from the usual story of a vampire-human relations, which basically at this point is not in the victim-killer approach, the twilight saga tells us the story of unconditional...
