What are some great 90's songs?

I'm a 90's music connoisseur - particular to grunge - but enjoying everything from rock to country (during that era). I'm trying to add to my playlist.
In your opinion of course, what are the best 90's songs (of any genre)?

My favorite band of the 90s was Warrior Soul... unfortunately I seem to be one of the very few who liked them...haha. They were very powerful, confrontational, politically charged hard rock/metal, sorta like Rage Against the Machine I guess, but without RATM's hip-hop elements.

I particularly recommend their "Last Decade Dead Century" and "Salutations From the Ghetto Nation" albums.

I agree with "Vogue" by Madonna. I still love that song.

I also like a couple songs by the B52's
    "Love Shack And Roam."

But, you can tell I am getting old, because I can't remember if some of the songs I liked were from what decade. Was it 80's or 90's?

I liked Janet Jackson a lot back then, Cyndi Lauper, and Paula Abdul, but, again, I'm not sure if that was 80's or not. Like the Pet Shop boys, and Rick Astley.

I know most of my metal bands though. All that stuff was mostly 80's. I think with the exception of Metallica, and the black album. But, would have to check.

These questions can get really difficult to answer when there are so many artists, so many different types of fans, and much more independent artists now.

Spice Girls!  I'll tell you what I want, what I really want...

Songs that stand out to me: early nineties: No Rain, Insane in da Brain,
late nineties: that song that goes "I get knocked down, but I get up again..."
    Sublime's song "Love is..what I got"
There are so many to choose from.  I wrote a hub about my favorite rap songs from that era.  Check it out!
