    I Cross My Heart by George Strait
    I Won't Let You Down by Ricky Skaggs (not one of his hits, but still one of my favorites)
    
    I know these are all country... I have a few favorites in rock as well, just can't think of any off the top of my head, though I do like one someone else mentioned, The Lady in Red.

    It's on a cd called Crash's smashes.  Another good song on that cd is "Easy as pie".

    i love romantic songs, but found quite a surprise on a korean tv series, asian drama.  the music, even the korean words, with subtitles touched me when put to the story told by the series, roughly translated, What should I do and Without words.  Very good.  come from the soundtrak for You're beautiful.  and i fell in love with their version of fly me to the moon, hee.

    This is kind of a weird one, but my favorite romantic song is probably "Jet City Woman" by Queensryche. Or "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche. Their songs are so deep, meaningful, and beautiful. Such an under-rated band.
