love is forever by muse is a great song. 8 days a week by the beatles is good too, although its not romantic-sounding haha.
i like this....
Nice choice! I love the video--it always reminds me of the show "Pop Up Video" that was on VH1.
does a non romantic song about romance count?
there are tons of romantic songs I like, but right now Im not really into any of them.
Sounds like you've had your heart broken.
How 'bout this for ya:
Very good choice! I love both the original and the remake.
This is my go-to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tim4VzHUUyQ
The Lady In Red 4:16 Chris de Burgh Classic Love / The Ultimate Ballads Album [USA only]
Because you loved me (Celine Dion)
Don't wanna miss a thing (Aerosmith)
one of my favorites - when you love a woman- journey

amazed- Lonestar [a bit sappy but beautiful]

Hmmm.... Here are a few of my favorites:
Forever and Ever Amen by Randy Travis
The Chair by George Strait
I Cross My Heart by George Strait
I Won't Let You Down by Ricky Skaggs (not one of his hits, but still one of my favorites)
I know these are all country... I have a few favorites in rock as well, just can't think of any off the top of my head, though I do like one someone else mentioned, The Lady in Red.
At last by Etta James
Have you ever really loved a woman, by Bryan Adams
Luther Vandross - Here and Now for sure. Mmmm I start swinging my hips whenever his soft voice comes on.
When I think of love songs, I think of the 70tys and early 80tys.
Barry Manilow, Air Supply, REO Speedwagon
White Flag by Dido!

I seem to mostly like sad romantic songs, but here's a great one that's sounds a little more than romantic:
Try "Broken down in tiny pieces", by Billy Crash Craddock.
It's on a cd called Crash's smashes. Another good song on that cd is "Easy as pie".
what's the title.....
Some of the words i can remember;
If you say run, i'll run with you
If you say hide......
I'll hide away.
Because my love for you
Would break my heart in two...
etc etc etc
I love this version of Fly Me to the Moon by Diana Krall

i love romantic songs, but found quite a surprise on a korean tv series, asian drama. the music, even the korean words, with subtitles touched me when put to the story told by the series, roughly translated, What should I do and Without words. Very good. come from the soundtrak for You're beautiful. and i fell in love with their version of fly me to the moon, hee.
love this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sU9EPKMeG9E
oops, but i will never forget "Broken Road" by rascal flats.
God led me down this broken road that led me straight to you.
Bonjovi - Always
It's such a powerful song and I can still be a man.
This is kind of a weird one, but my favorite romantic song is probably "Jet City Woman" by Queensryche. Or "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche. Their songs are so deep, meaningful, and beautiful. Such an under-rated band.
just did a hub on love songs my favorite is Insatiable, a super sexy, romantic song perfect for those spicy nights together. Ahhhhhhhh.
If I just lay here
Would you lie with me
And just forget the world.
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars
Cant pass a post like this without
"I need you" - America
It is not my favorite genre, but is very sweet and right for a dance in two
Just remembered a great song from the 70's.
"Without you" by Harry Nilsson.
the song title is NOW
Some of the lyrics:
Now is all I know
Now is all I got
And I don’t know
If there will be tomorrow for us.
Now is all I care about
Now that you are here
Now that you’re the contents of my heart.
Heard one on the radio just today that I have not heard in a long time....."I'll Go on Loving You" by Alan Jackson
I love "I Will Follow You into the Dark" by Death Cab for Cutie

I'm curious to what people are listening to at the moment. I'm addicted to Lady gaga - born his way and Enrique Iglesias - Tonight (not his style at all). I've been playing those on repeat
