Do you like dancing? What types of dances are good for beginners?
cha cha, salsa, aerobic dances?
Truth be known...I have never danced a single step in my life. To me, dancing seems like a strange way to express one's self.
Any type of dance is good for beginners! Many studios offer classes for beginner adults in all types of dance from ballet to ballroom. Once you decide what genre you want to explore look for a beginner class ( in a reputable studio) & go for it!
