I dont know about all of you, but I can still enjoy Home Alone
Christmas Story. I love the movie and it's great if you can find another adult who has never seen it because when they start laughing, it's contagious.
The Muppet Christmas Carol (1992)
Miracle on 34th Street (1994) - personally, I find the original 1947 version rather cheesy, but it is quite good as well.
I would say most of them are entertaining enough for an adult, but my favorite is National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
I would think the textbook answer would be It's a Wonderful Life. I also recommend A Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation and Elf.
My wife and I just watched Love Actually and The Holiday, two romantic comedies set around Christmas that are intended for adults (the former having an R rating). There are quite a few Christmas movies out there for adults. But, watching the kids classics can be a lot of fun too, if for nothing more than nostalgia.
