Joan Jett and The Blackhearts were on Dave Letterman tonight (actually a repeat show from March 24,2010) and have a new CD out called Greatest Hits. They sound as good today as they did back in 1982. They sang the song "Bad Reputation." This girl can Rock!!!!!!
Joan Jett is one of my favorite girl rockers of all time!! I did not know that they were on David Letterman thats awesome!!
I just checked out the footage of their performance on David Letterman, and yes, she rocks! She has hardly aged and her vocals and guitar playing were both very strong. She hasn't gained weight and certainly doesn't look her age.
It's good to see she and her band are in the public eye again since it's been a while since we heard about them.
Amazing how strong she is when the Runaways were way back in the mid '70's and it not as if she has ever held back!
