   When each of my kids were little bitty ones, I coached them on their first word - "DaDa". I would say it over and over and over again to them.
   
   Now, I'm their Mom, but there was a method to my madness. When one of them was hungry or wanted a toy or something, he/she would call "DaDa". Perfect excuse for me to say to my hubby, "Dear, the baby wants YOU!"
