Wanting to have a baby...What do i need to do in order to prepare my body???
Have a healthy pregnancy, Clean out the body..
Simply put, start taking care of yourself (if you aren't already). Eat right. Work out. Basically, be healthy. You are your baby's home for 40 weeks. You want your baby to have the best home he or she can, so that's your goal.
Also, prenatal vitamins are strongly suggested. Not because bad things will happen if you don't take them, but because they've been proven to have positive effects for babies. The folic acid content in them is perfect for a lady such as yourself, preparing herself to house a little bundle of life.
Also, if you smoke, stop. Reason to stop now, is that if you become pregnant while being a steady smoker, quitting cold turkey will be a shock to your system, the effect of which will feed on to your baby. I've even known a doctor to advise his patient to just cut back gradually rather than stop, to avoid trauma to the system. So if you can quit any 'bad habits' beforehand, you should.
There is a board for such matters called 'The Bump'. You can google it and find just about anything you wanted to know on the subject.

I agree with Ladyface eat healthy food and take vitamins and iron. @ dabeaner i did not see anywhere on Hearts profile that she is unemployed or anything about her relationship status. I also think it is wrong to presume a baby of a single mother will amount to nothing. Good luck with your book Heart.
Start taking prenatal vitamins right now eat good and get lots of rest.
THANKS LADY FACE FOR THE BEING MATURE...I AM NOT LIKE THE REST I WILL SAY AND HAVE MY WHOLE LIFE ON PROFILE. WHO I AM SEEING AND HOW MANY KIDS. LOL..DEBEANER I SENT YOU A COMMENT AND I WILL PRAY FOR YOU. KEEP MOVING FORWARD GOD BLESS....THANKS FOR THE INFO IM ON IT NOW YEAHHHH!!!!I AM 28 NOW WHEN I AM 30 I WOULD LIKE TO BE A HEALTHY WITH A BUNDLE OF JOY MAKING ME TIRED...LOL...
Definitely start by getting into a healthy lifestyle like exercise and eating good foods I also took prenatal vitamins 3 months before I started trying and it seemed to help. Otherwise I hope everything works out for you.
Ladyface gave an excellent, comprehensive answer and I would just like to reinforce what she said. You want to get into the best shape possible by eating a healthy diet, exercising, avoiding smoking, drinking and toxic substances and maintaining a healthy body weight. This will give you the best chance of getting pregnant and avoiding complications during pregnancy for both you and the baby.
It is also important to have a comprehensive check-up with your ob/gyn physician before trying to get pregnant.
Hi, all I want to say really is thanks for all the information. It's something that I'm thinking about as well, so nice to know some facts, and that people started taking the pre-natal vitamins early.
Best of luck having a little one! Or two!!
folic acid, if you smoke, drink coffeeor or alcoholic beverages stop it, but my biggest advice go see a doctor no one better to give advise on the matter.
Four-point proposal:
First? to maintain a pleasant mood every day.
Second, to plan the gynecological examination six months before pregnancy, , and seek the doctor's advice.
Third, according to your physical condition, develop a fitness program, let the body sweating slightly.
Fourth, a balanced diet, increase intake of fruits and vegetables, moderate consumption of milk and other nourishment.
