What advice would you give to someone wanting to live a more healthy lifestyle?
Many people want to start eating healthy, exercizing, etc to feel better about themselves. What are some suggestions you would give to begin and continue with a healthy lifestyle?
You may begin by eating right, exercising, avoiding smoking, minimizing exposure to pollutants, moderate or no drinking of alcohol, drink plenty of water, getting adequate amount of sleep, and trying to find ways of coping with or relieving stress. See your doctor and dentist for your annual checkups.

It is basically, exercise, nutrition, and sleep -- of which I often write about various aspects of all three.
Those are the obvious, but I don't think that we should forget to keep our minds healthy. Keep stress low and free your mind from worries. Try some yoga or meditation to relax.
