Here in Florida (US) children need several vaccines starting as early as 2 months of age.
They require several doses of DTaP, Polio, HIB, Prevnar (Pneumococcal) , Hepatitis B (3), MMR (2), Varicella (chicken pox), and a Turberculosis skin test or screening.
Another vaccine children should receive is Hepatitis A.
If you are against vaccinating your children, you can request an exception with the school board or if your child is not able to receive all their vaccinations, a physician can give you temporary forms for a certain period of time with a valid medical reason.
