Are there support groups online for kids/parents who have faced injury or trauma?
It's hard to get out of the house at the moment to get to like a group therapy or something. I think my son and I would both benefit from some outside help. He was seriously injured in a school bus crash (compound fractures) and both of us are facing some high anxiety and stress. I was wondering if there is a support group or forum or something to help us deal with it all. We've done pretty well but now it's starting to sink in and it's getting harder as we both become more restless and filled with cabin fever etc.
In the UK, the charity Brake can help victims of road traffic collisions.

There may well be similar charities that could help in the USA
