Has anyone noticed a trend for teens to NOT get their driver's license?
Our state came down harder on teens over the past couple of years. There are so many rules now here, it's probably just best to wait until they are 18. Plus, for a teenager under 18 to have a license, they have to go on the adult's insurance policy which can really cost a bundle.
