    Question for moms who have or want to return to work after a long absence...

    I have a couple questions for moms who have gone/want to go back to work after having kids (out of the workforce for several years).

    - What are/were your fears/concerns about returning to work?
    - What specific skills did you have to learn in order to start working at home or in an office setting (computer, time management)?
    - And then, what do know now that you wish you knew when you were starting?
    - Other comments?

    Q: What are/were your fears/concerns about returning to work?
    A: Can I do it again?, Do I remember it even now?, Has competition increased in these years? Am I updated with new developments?

    Q: What specific skills did you have to learn in order to start working at home or in an office setting (computer, time management)?
    A: In my case it was computer skills and few html coding skills
