    Are referrals investigated for the truth before they investigate you?

    My exhusband keeps making false allegations about me to Child Services because after 8 years I filed for child support. It isn't fair because I am a damn good mom. He abused drugs for years and my kids were terrified of him. My son didn't go for two years and my daughter took a lot of time off from visiting. He often told them he wasn't f*****g getting them anymore, broke commitments, just a mess. I took him to court a year ago for child support, he didn't pay for 9 months. He is in arrears and court isn't putting up with it. Now he files false accusations. It is harrassment. It it considered?
