    NDP ex please help!

    I must after 12 years right my ex NDP for custody and he is exactly what is deceibed with wealth leaving us penniless! He has a history but his current wife keeps a bible of documents while I suffer severe PTSD and FMS FROM HIS 22 years of abuse and my sons 12 years of his abuse. I'm afraid he will win as he KNOWS the judges and warns me never to fight him and warns my sons mommy will go to jail and you will soon live with daddy as mommy is broken! How can I win ? How can I please prove his abuse? He blocked my sons from any therapy, educational services, and medical care without his signature
