This recipe for peanut butter fudge is a must-have and will please anyone with a sweet tooth! It comes from my great-aunt "Toots," and has become a staple in any of our family get togethers, with my Mom being the one who is depended upon to bring it. It's quick, simple, and easy to make for any skill level of cooking! Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Fudge

1/2 Cup Milk (Skim or 1% is preferrable)
2 Cups Sugar
12 oz. Creamy Peanut Butter
7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff

Combine sugar and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as it begins to come to a rolling boil, turn the heat down to medium and boil for 3 minutes. This is a critical step! At the end of 3 minutes, add the peanut butter and fluff, mixing until combined. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and put in fridge to harden. Cut into squares to serve.
