Best ever peanut butter cookie brownie
Slice of heaven - peanutty chocolate
In the Kitchen
Being in the kitchen excites me as much as getting a spa treatment i count it as a luxury where i can zone out and relax. Let my mind drift and come up with alternative ways to just enjoy the experience of baking, cooking and of course eating.
I have always been partial to baking. It served as a time to hang out in the kitchen with my mom especially since i was better at baking than she was it was an ego boost. She would always solicit my help with preparing something when she had guests. For a young teenage girl this gave notches of accomplishments on my confidence scale.
The recipe for the The Best ever peanut butter cookie brownie is one of my many experiments in the kitchen. My easiest, quickest and best recipes combined to bring about absolute perfection both for the child and adult alike.
