It's also a great source of lean dairy protein. As with the nutrition bars, make sure that you are selecting a variety that has more nutrition than sugar.
Sandwiches: Most people think of sandwiches as great on the go lunch ideas. They also work great for breakfast. Whether you like wrap sandwiches or those made on regular bread, you can easily enjoy a sandwich any time of day. They're easy to eat on the go. If you're making a sandwich to take to work for lunch, just make an extra and enjoy it on your way to work. Assuming you put nutritious items on the sandwich, this can be a great way to get your day off to a great start.
