Updated on August 21, 2010

Many busy people on the go don't take the time to stop and eat any kind of breakfast at all, let alone one that is healthy. Often, those who do bother to eat breakfast grab something fill of sugar and/or fat, which largely defeats the purpose of eating breakfast to start with.

In most cases, eating breakfast kick start's one's metabolism, setting the stage for whatever your energy levels are going to be during the coming day.

Even though most of us realize just how important it is to get off on the right foot in the morning with a healthy meal, many of us don't take the time to have one.
