A SALAD THAT WILL AMAZE THEM

Create Antipasto salad

That will amaze them

Ingredients’

2-LBs of Tri colored pasta any shape

1-Can of olives

1-Small onion

2-Ripe tomato’s

1-Bell pepper any color

1-Can of artichoke hearts in (water)

½ LB sliced salami

½ LB sliced morta della

½ LB sliced Ham

½ LB sliced Roasted Turkey

¾ LB Provolone

1-Bottle of Italian Dressing can be Light as well 8 ounces

Salt/Black Pepper

1-Bag of Pita bread

1-Jar of Roasted Red peppers

1-Cucumber

4- Boiled eggs

Few dashes of Paprika/parsley

First is to boil water and add salt just before adding your tri colored pasta for about 12 to 14 Minutes until cooked, TIP (not to soft will taste mushy) then cool under cold water until Completely drained, and pure into a large mixing bowl.

Then add a little bit of your Italian Dressing to keep from sticking, then add salt and pepper, in The meantime put pasta in the Refrigerator, while cutting up the other ingredients, then dice up Your  Peppers/onions/cucumber/bell pepper/tomato’s , and add to your bowl of pasta, then Drain Your artichoke hearts and slice into small pieces.

Then add drained olives to that, and mix Around really well, now your ready to add your meat, What I like to do, is roll up meat, and slice About ¼ inch thick and place the meat around the Salad for presentation, looks really good.

Then add your ham/salami/turkey/mortaDella/provolone cheese, in circle pattern, then for the Top of the antipasto you want to add your boiled eggs still keeping a circle pattern, I like to Use an egg slicer keeps the eggs from falling apart.

Then when all ingredients are assembled, Add salt and pepper and paprika and dry parsley To The top of the salad, by this time you Should be looking at a masterpiece you wouldn’t believe How many comments I have gotten On this antipasto salad from friends and family .

I usually I like put some in a pita pocket and Add little dressing works real well. Hope your Family and friends enjoy.
