My Few Good Recipes
STUFF PEPPERS/CHICKEN WINGS AND MORE YUMMY FOOD
want to learn how to make great stuff bell stuff peppers topped with cheddar cheese that my family loves let me know and I will give my tricks to a great stuffed pepper.
1) 8 bell peppers any color will do, green is the least expensive
2) 1 ½ ground beef or (ground turkey) or (ground pork)
3) Can of store bought tomato sauce
4) 3 cloves of garlic (Chopped)
5) 3 cups of white rice boil bags are easier
6) Some seasoning like dry basil oregano parsley salt and pepper
7) 1 egg
8) ¼ cup of bread crumbs
9) Grated cheese
Cut the tops from the peppers and clean out the inside the top can be put on when your done stuffing them
1st part boil the peppers in a large pot until they are slightly soft tip (not to long they will fall Apart on you when stuffing) and boil the rice and time,and have ready to stuff ,then mix in the Meat, your using a large bowl and add all off your ingredients’ to the large bowl, and mix well Using your clean hands, its an easier way .
Then once all mixed up good you can starting Assembling peppers in a Large deep cooking Pot (tip) poke little holes in the bottom of the Partial cooked peppers ,this will drain Any grease From the peppers in the pan Then add your Ground beef on the bottom, this will hold your Peppers Together good, and the layer some Rice and then sauce until you fill them near the Top.
Now make sure when You get to the top That you save some ground meat for a top as a Cover this will keep the Peppers and meat Moist during cooking ,preheat oven to 375 degrees And bake for about 45 Minutes to and Hour until meat if fully cooked and let rest for 10 minutes or so I like to cut in Half and put Cheddar cheese in the middle. Enjoy
TIP ON MARINADE FOR WINGS
A nice thing to do with chicken wings is to marinade over night in soy sauce teriyaki and Orange juice and cook until nice and crispy great for the football season make them all the Time
I also make a great mango salsa with diced red onion and cilantro great with nachos and to bring to a friends house for barbecue
Ingredients for mango salsa
4 ripe tomato's small handful of cilantro olive oil ripe mango diced red onion salt and pepper Dice tomato's into small cubes and mash down so it brings out the juices and add all your Ingredients and top with little olive oil and let it chill for about 30 minutes and serve with either Toast and or nachos you be a hit at the next barbecue.

STUFFED GRILLED SALMON
(a stuff salmon with seafood stuffing) on the grill with fresh dill and lemon flavor, tricks to the Trade, use only a good piece of salmon and non stick foil, and roll the salmon in the foil with The stuffing you can purchase the stuffing already made UP at any SUPER market and use a good olive Oil, and cook on the grill for about 20 minutes or so depending on the size of the salmon and You can make your own tarter sauce by adding part relish and part mayo with a pinch of salt And pepper, AND squeeze of SOME lemon or lime
