6) Some seasoning like dry basil oregano parsley salt and pepper

7) 1 egg

8) ¼ cup of bread crumbs

9) Grated cheese

Cut the tops from the peppers and clean out the inside the top can be put on when your done stuffing them

1st part boil the peppers in a large pot until they are slightly soft tip (not to long they will fall Apart on you when stuffing) and boil the rice and time, and have ready to stuff ,then mix in the Meat, your using a large bowl and add all off your ingredients’ to the large bowl, and mix well Using your clean hands, its an easier way .

Then once all mixed up good you can starting Assembling peppers in a Large deep cooking Pot (tip) poke little holes in the bottom of the Partial cooked peppers ,this will drain Any grease From the peppers in the pan Then add your Ground beef on the bottom, this will hold your Peppers Together good, and the layer some Rice and then sauce until you fill them near the Top.
