Fried Dipped Apples
A great way to use up apples before they go bad while having fun cooking with the kids.
Cost about 3.00 dollars
(Ingredients)
1) 3 Granny smith apples
2) Small box of pancake mix
3) Cinnamon
4) Vegetable oil
5) Powered sugar
First Core out the apples, then peel and cut into ¼ inch circles. Then place into the mixed Pancake Batter then you carefully, place into the heated fryer pan with about a ½ cup of Vegetable oil, and Cook for About 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides,Then You Place onto a plate with Papers Towels, and sprinkle the cinnamon and powered sugar While Still hot, on both sides and serve. Enjoy Them with your kids,They will love them and they are Healthy dessert as well. A great way to use up apples before they go bad while having fun Cooking with the kids.
