The bright vibrant colors makes for a mouth watering picture of stir fry chicken. I'm a kitchen sink recipe lover, (ie throw everything in including the kitchen sink) but nothing I cook looks that good. Good dish and a good hub.

Your picture is mouth-watering. I'm trying to save my appetite for the Thanksgiving dinner later today and that picture is not helping. The sauce is what makes a stir-fry and your's seems like it would be delicious.

You betcha, Cris, right down to the cornstarch(or arrowroot) for this gluten intolerant. I have found that ginger root is the secret to anything and everything, right down to those healing properties. Great recipe, and I KNOW that it tastes great, too.
