Chicken noodle soup of course. What is it that is supposedly good for the soul? Chicken noodle soup of course. If chicken noodle soup is a cure all for ailments of all kind, why not make some up at home? This is a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that is quite hearty.

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned in small pieces
- 1 12 oz bag egg noodles, size to your preference
- 2 32 oz boxes chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can carrots, diced or sliced
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley, dried
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp chicken flavor granules
Directions
- Pour the chicken broth into a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Cook 1/2 a bag of noodles until tender but firm in the chicken broth. (Add a few more noodles if you like less juice.)
- Pull all the chicken from the bones of the rotisserie chicken. Add to the noodles and broth.
- Drain the can of carrots. Add to the soup.
- Add the parsley, salt, pepper, and chicken flavor granules.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes. Delicious.
