Recipe for Bread Cheese Balls
Bread is popular around world and you know it is one of the oldest world's food(30,000 years). Bread is also prepared from other than Wheat flour,rye, Barley, maize, and Oats, Here is one my recipe using bread as the main ingredient.

Ingredients
- 5 bread slices
- 1 tablespoon cooked corn seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 5 pods garlic, fined chopped
- 20 gms cheese, grated
- handful parsley or coriander, finely chopped
- required salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper, powder
- 50 gms cornflour or bread crumbs
- 500ml oil
Recipe for Bread Cheese Balls
- Soak all the bread slices in water for few minutes,take out and squeeze the water from the slices and knead it as dough.
- To it add onion,garlic,coriander,cheese,corn seeds,salt and pepper.Mix well and make small balls of desired size and dust them with corn flour or bread crumbs.
- Now add 500ml of oil in a deep pan,heat it and fry the balls to golden brown.
- Remove them in a serving plate garnish with coriander leaves and serve them hot with sauce.
